These Terms of Use apply to your use of Usable Again.
By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the app
Usable Again provides task-card prompts intended to help users approach cleaning, decluttering, and home reset tasks in smaller steps.
You are responsible for deciding whether a task is safe, appropriate, and realistic for your situation.
Do not use the app in a way that could cause harm to yourself, others, your home, your belongings, or your device.
Premium Pack
Usable Again may offer an optional non-consumable in-app purchase called the Premium Pack.
The Premium Pack may unlock additional decks, themes, and alternate app icons.
Premium features may change over time as the app is updated, but any purchased Premium Pack access will remain tied to the Apple ID used for the purchase, subject to Apple's App Store systems and policies.
Payments and refunds
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not process payments directly and do not receive your payment card information.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's App Store policies.
Restore purchases
If you previously purchased the Premium Pack, you can use Restore Purchases in the app menu.
You must be signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
No professional advice
Usable Again provides general home reset task prompts only.
The app does not provide medical, mental health, safety, cleaning, organizational, financial, legal, or professional advice.
The app does not guarantee any specific result, including a clean home, improved productivity, improved mental health, or a completed task list.
User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Choosing which tasks to do
- Skipping tasks that are unsafe or inappropriate
- Following product labels and safety instructions for cleaning supplies
- Avoiding activities that could cause injury, damage, or unsafe conditions
- Getting help from a qualified professional when needed
App availability and changes
We may update, change, remove, or discontinue parts of the app over time.
We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
Intellectual property
Usable Again, including its app name, design, task cards, text, graphics, icons, and related content, is owned by Lauren Mann unless otherwise stated.
You may use the app for personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reproduce the app or its content without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for damages, losses, injuries, or other claims arising from your use of the app, your reliance on task prompts, or your decision to perform or skip any task.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
