Restore purchases

If you previously purchased the Premium Pack, open the app menu and tap Restore Purchases.

Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

If premium content still does not unlock after restoring, try closing and reopening the app, then contact support.

Premium Pack not unlocking

The Premium Pack unlocks additional decks, themes, and alternate app icons.

If you purchased the Premium Pack but locked content is still unavailable:

  1. Open the app menu.
  2. Tap Restore Purchases.
  3. Confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID used for purchase.
  4. Close and reopen the app.
  5. Contact support if the issue continues.

App icon did not change

Alternate app icons are controlled by iOS.

If an app icon does not appear to change immediately, close and reopen the app. In some cases, iOS may take a moment to update the icon on the Home Screen.

Themes or decks look locked

Some decks, themes, and alternate app icons are part of the Premium Pack.

Opening a locked item should show the Premium Pack screen. If the lock state looks wrong after purchase, use Restore Purchases from the app menu.
